Returns & Exchanges
Purchases made on the '47 Australia e-commerce site (www.47Brand.com.au) may be returned for a refund (excluding delivery) if you are not 100% happy.
Here are our simple rules of return:
- You have 30 days from purchase to return your item(s) back to our warehouse.
- Items were not Final Sale at the time of purchase.
- Item(s) must be in the original packaging which must be in original condition
- Item(s) must be unworn and unused with the original tags/stickers still attached.
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer store credits. All refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment within 14 business days from receipt of the goods. Please note we do not cover the cost of returns. The refund will not be processed until the product arrives back to our warehouse. We suggest getting a tracking number for your return to have proof of delivery.

To exchange an order, please return your original item (see “Returns”) and then place a new online order for a replacement item. By placing a new order immediately, your new product will arrive much faster.
